Meeting with Director(HRD)

On 24th Aug 2009 a delegation of SNEA CHTD and TN met Dir(HRD) at Chennai. 
He spent more than 30 minutes discussing various issues with us. The following issues were discussed

EPF Issues of BSNL Recruitees
Reduction of Pay of JTOs who joined after 1.1.2007
HRA on par with Chennai for CPT SSA
Mandatory Training E3-E4 in Chennai
Merger of CHTD with TN

Dir(HRD) immediately agreed for E3-E4 training at RTTC Chennai and agreed to consider inclusion of names of SDEs who declined adhoc promotion.
He was very positive in his response and urged all executives through SNEA to focus on BSNL Growth
